Horse 4-H

This year, Jody McPherson and myself have taken on the role of horse project leaders with our local 4-H club. Our club's team leaders are Madalene Espenhain and Erin Perkins, with the assistance of Monique Van Ewyk who runs the Cloverbud group. These ladies help keep the kids on track with their record books, public speaking, Rally Day preparation, take on all the registration duties and administrative tasks, etc. What a wonderful thing to have all these women to collaborate with. I feel very lucky, as I get to focus on helping the kids with their horsemanship, which is what I am best at. I am very thankful for the ladies and all the hard work they put into the kids and the club.
